Japanese Magnolias are one of my most favorite flowers. I stopped to get some shots of them on the way home from the P.O. as they will be gone soon.
My dh gave me this climbing rose bush two years ago I thought it was going to leave me for a while, but it seems to have decided that it likes it here and started blooming.

I like magnolias too, and they don't stay in flower nearly long enough!!
I've looked at buying some trees a few times for our yard. But they are just too expensive :o(
